SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders, such as specially colored extensions, may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.
• Please note: Your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive during busy seasons, strikes, public holidays, etc.

All shipments will require a signature for delivery.
